A seat is considered reserved for a participant if the full payment for the subscription (1, 4, 10 or more meets) is made no later than 12 hours before the meet.
If you are unable to join a club, please notify Tetiana or Daryna (the administrator) in writing at least 12 hours before the meet. In this case, your payment will remain valid for the next club. If no timely written notice is provided, no refund will be made for the missed club.
In the event of force majeure and/or personal circumstances (either for participants or organisers), the club may be cancelled the last minute (less than 12 hours’ notice). In such cases, all payments will remain valid. If you experience such circumstances, please inform me about them in private messages, I am always happy to accommodate everyone and try to be as flexible as possible! Similarly, if the organiser, due to force majeure, is unable to hold a meet and notifies the group about this, all payments will remain valid for the next club. Additionally, if a club coincides with a Bank holiday, the meeting is automatically postponed till the week after, all payments will remain valid.
