Svitlana Bulkina
YL | CELTA | DELTA Trainer
Svitlana Bulkina is a dedicated CELTA, Delta, and YL teacher trainer with over 20 years of experience in English teaching and teacher training. She holds a CELTA, Delta, and an MA in Teaching and Translation. After completing her Delta at Teaching House New York in 2012, she transitioned into teacher training and has been passionate about it ever since. She has led CELTA and Delta courses across the U.S., Europe, and Asia and studied at Taras Shevchenko National University (Ukraine), New School University (New York), and Stanford University (Palo Alto).
Her expertise spans general, business, and academic English, along with TOEFL and Cambridge exam preparation. She has taught in Ukraine, Poland, Turkey, Georgia, Algeria, Pakistan, Czech Republic, Moldova, Romania, Latvia, Thailand, and the U.S., bringing a truly global perspective to her training.
Ben Hammond

Ben Hammond is a passionate freelance Teacher Trainer and Education Consultant based in London, with over 19 years of experience in language education. He has delivered Delta, CELTA, and specialized training courses in various countries, including the UK, Canada, the USA, Ecuador, Ireland, Lebanon, Greece, Romania, Thailand, and Ukraine, working in both private and state sectors.
In addition to teacher training, Ben has taught General English at all levels, exam preparation (UK Skills for Life, Cambridge exams, IELTS), Business English, English for Academic Purposes (EAP), ESOL, and UK Functional Skills classes. He holds an MA in ELT and Applied Linguistics from King’s College London (2008) and is currently preparing to pursue a PhD in Teacher Education.
Missy Blanchard

Missy is a prominent international CELTA teacher and trainer which makes her highly experienced in English language teaching. She got her first step towards her career in England when she completed her CELTA in 2014. Since then, she has worked in China, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Ecuador and many more.
Missy's work as a consultant for a project in Ethiopia shows her dedication towards improving the education system across the world.
Before entering the field of education, Missy was already successful in the textile business and even tried her hand in acting while living in New York. Her passion for training has taken her to over 60 countries, which has benefitted her professionally and personally.
Jackie Hadel
CELTA Trainer
Jackie is a highly accomplished CELTA teacher and trainer with nearly a decade of international experience in English language education.
She earned her CELTA certification in Cairo and has taught ESL in Japan, Lebanon, Colombia, and Venezuela. Jackie has led various CELTA courses worldwide, showcasing her expertise and commitment to innovative teaching methods.
As a freelance trainer, she has significantly shaped new educators, who have made impactful contributions to the field. She holds a B.A. in Communication and English from the University of Tampa and an M.Ed. in Community Agency Counseling from Clemson University.
An avid photographer and author of five books on street art, Jackie's travels to over 60 countries enrich her professional and personal life.
Tetiana Lesyk
Is a Cambridge-certified ELT educator and teacher trainer, phonetician, coach, and international speaker (IATEFL, BESIG, PRONSIG) with over 23 years of experience. She specialises in Business English and British English Pronunciation. Tetiana holds various certifications, some of which are CPE (London 2001), CELTA, UCL VSCEP, Oxford TEFL Teaching Pronunciation, NeuroLanguage Certificate, etc.
Having lived and worked in London and spent 11 years in a Dutch bank (corporate sales, interpreting, sales & negotiations), Tetiana uniquely combines real-world business expertise with ELT. She teaches adults individually and in corporate settings, trains teachers and runs her own British English Pronunciation Course. Passionate about empowering learners, she helps English users and teachers boost fluency, confidence, intelligibility and communication skills for global success.
